Argyll and Bute General Maintenance Term Contract

The Council is currently developing the new tender for our Property Services’ General Maintenance Term Contracts, which cover planned and reactive maintenance (i.e. general builders work; joinery; heating and plumbing; bricklaying; plastering, electrical work, roofing work; and painting and decorating, etc.) of all Council properties and Small Capital Works below £100,000. The scope of these contracts also includes additional compliance maintenance, and maintenance of temporary tenancies where relevant.

As this new tender is combining our requirements into a single contract with multiple geographical lots, and providing the ability for contractors to also offer back-up cover for additional geographical areas within Argyll, we are keen to offer this webinar to be able to present this new structure to the potential supply market prior to the tender being published.
