Talking Tenders with Scottish Enterprise

Scottish Enterprise invites potential suppliers to a Talking Tenders webinar to discuss the upcoming procurement for their Workplace Innovation Leadership Academy.

This Academy supports the development of business leaders at all levels, delivering high-impact programmes through a framework agreement with multiple suppliers across the Scottish Enterprise area. The current framework expires in April 2026, and they anticipate launching a new procurement process in December 2025.

The new framework will include:

• One-day workshops
• One-to-one coaching sessions
• Topic-specific diagnostic tools
  Delivered over 2–6 months depending on the Lot, using a hybrid model (online and face-to-face) to maximise accessibility and impact.

Programmes will be delivered across the Scottish Enterprise area, with potential collaboration with other enterprise agencies where appropriate.
