Talking Tenders with The City of Edinburgh Council

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking suppliers who can deliver sports and physical activities within schools or through active schools. The Council is creating a Framework in line with its commitment to getting it right for every child. Priorities include helping children to be active, healthy, and nurtured, improving achievement, and closing any gaps in attainment.

The City of Edinburgh Council in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme is hosting this session to provide dedicated training on using PCS & PCS-T to bid for the upcoming Provision of Sports and Physical Activities Framework. During the session, an SDP's expert trainer will show you how to access the tender documents and highlight the key documents.

Our expert trainer will firstly register / login to PCS to search for the CEC Sport and Physical Activities contract notice, and follow the buyer instructions to access the tender documents, the questions & answer functionality, and the buyer attachments within PCS-t, to ensure that you know what your next step in this process will be. Our SPD expert trainer will also give you hints and tips on the type of evidence you should provide when answering the buyers questions.

The CEC aim to lot this tender into two areas, Day sports and Residential sports. However, the council will be asking suppliers to indicate which locality it will be offering its services.
