About the opportunity

West Dunbartonshire Council aims to deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and capital projects to keep all housing and property assets safe, sustainable, and cost-effective. To support this, the Council is establishing a Multi-Lot Framework for subcontractors and specialist contractors across key trades, including landscaping, asbestos removal, flooring, metal fabrication, scaffolding, electrical systems, laundry equipment, UPVC windows and doors, small works, and void property refurbishment.
