Argyll and Bute Council is seeking suppliers for General Maintenance Works
Argyll and Bute Council has published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) for a General Maintenance Term Contract – North Argyll contract opportunity.
Argyll and Bute Council is seeking suppliers to carry out Planned and Emergency Maintenance (e.g., general builders work, joinery, plumbing, bricklaying, plastering, electrical work, slater work and associated painter work) of all Council properties in North Argyll.
The contract opportunity will include small Capital Works below £100,000 with some elements of statutory maintenance of temporary tenancies.
The contract will be divided into geographical Lots, the Lots are as follows:
- Lot 1 – Oban and Mull
- Lot 2 – Mull
