East Ayrshire Council reopens their Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of a Peer Outreach Service within specific East Ayrshire Communities.

As per the previously advertised Notice (refer 2023/000-033333), the Framework commenced in 2024 and in accordance with the terms therein, it is now being re-opened for 3 new areas to be included under the same terms as the original application exercise as additional funding has been secured.

Note that this is for additional areas to be added and will not affect the areas already awarded to funded providers. Existing providers may apply for these new areas.

The deadline for expressing an interest via Public Contract Scotland in the first instance must be made by 12 noon on 2 February 2026.

The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise. The Project code is 30878. Applications for submissions must be made by the deadline of 5/02/2026 Local time: 12:00

Note that Public Contracts Scotland and PCS-Tender are two separate systems and you will need to register on both.
