Provide Scaffolding Services to Historic Environment Scotland!

The lead public body, Historic Environment Scotland (HES) is seeking scaffolding services across multiple sites within the North Region.

Such services will include but not be limited to the erection, alteration, inspection, adaptation, maintenance and dismantling of scaffold systems and any associated access structures.

It is crucial that the provider takes every precaution to ensure that the historic fabric and setting of the monuments are always fully protected.

The framework has been split into five geographical Lots:

• Lot 1 – Shetland
• Lot 2 – Orkney/Caithness
• Lot 3 – Grampian
• Lot 4 – Highland
• Lot 5 – Western Isles

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where further information can be gathered and interested parties can express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 15 April 2026 at 12pm.
