Interested in Providing Maintenance to Gas Fired Boilers within the Inverclyde Council Region?

The supplier will be required to provide the supply of all labour, plant, equipment and materials necessary to undertake the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) offering annual servicing to both commercial and domestic gas-fired boiler plants and associated equipment. 

The scope of works required shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Heat generation equipment (including gas-fired boilers and gas water heaters)
• Booster sets
• Pressurisation units
• Circulating pumps
• Expansion vessels
• Pipework distribution installations, including valves and fittings local to the boiler plant

The supplier will also be required to provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service, available 365/366 days per year, for the repair of faults affecting the boiler plant and associated equipment.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £810k.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 18 March 2026 at 12pm.
