Interested in Securing a Treasury Management Advisor Contract within East Ayrshire Council?

East Ayrshire Council is seeking to appoint a Treasury Management Advisor who will provide both specialist skills and resources to assist in managing East Ayrshire Council’s loan debt, leasing and investment portfolio. 

The Treasury Management Advisor would be required to assist both the Director of Finance and Digital as well as nominated Finance Service employees.

The contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland, although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 15 April 2026.
