Set up and Maintain Festive Lighting in Stirling Council

Stirling Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to install and maintain public lighting installations in Stirling’s city centre.

The successful supplier will be in charge of maintenance services of festive lighting throughout Stirling City Centre, which will include:

• Storage
• Inspection
• Testing
• Maintenance
• Installation
• Commissioning
• Removal
• Repairs

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Monday 12 October 2026 at 12 noon.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £306k.
