Request for Supplier Information (RFI) – Care at Home Electronic Monitoring and Scheduling System
As part of the development process for a procurement strategy for a Care at Home Electronic Monitoring and Scheduling System, Argyll and Bute Council is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in a Request for Supplier Information (RFI) published on Public Contracts Scotland.
Information provided in response to this request will be used in the development of the procurement strategy for a Care at Home Electronic Monitoring and Scheduling System.
The Council is looking to identify parties interested in providing an Electronic Monitoring and Scheduling System to support the delivery of Care at Home Services within Argyll and Bute
Market information would be welcomed from suppliers for solutions which are either on-premises or cloud/SaaS hosted.
However at procurement stage, on-prem solution suppliers would be asked to provide their product roadmap indicating duration of future support provisions for the product, and if a date is scheduled for transitioning their solution to cloud/SaaS – on-prem solutions would only be considered if support would be available for the full term of the contract – which is likely to be between 6 – 10 years.
More information is contained in the document uploaded in Public Contracts Scotland, including details on how to return information and your note of interest.
Responses should be returned no later than 5pm on the 12th of December 2025.
