Scottish Borders Council Seeks Suppliers for a ‘Subcontracting Services’ Framework

Suppliers across a range of trades will soon have the chance to bid for places on Scottish Borders Council’s new Subcontracting Services Framework Agreement.

Expected to cover more than 20 lots, from groundworks and landscaping to roofing, plumbing, and security systems, the framework will cover a wide variety of trades, supporting the needs of both the Council and Scottish Borders Housing Association.

Suppliers interested in this opportunity can meet the Council’s Procurement team at Meet the Buyer South 2025, where staff will be on hand to discuss the framework in more detail.
