Scottish Government Seeks Suppliers for DCEA Scotland Migration Service

Scottish Government is looking for suitably qualified suppliers who can support the work of the DCEA Scotland Migration Service. The Service will provide up-to-date and accurate information in plain English to help people move and settle into their communities. 

This contract is divided into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Immigration support for employers

• Tier 1 will be a universal offer, available to everyone, and will include the provision of up-to-date and accurate immigration information in plain English.
• Tier 2 support will be a ‘one to many’ offer. It will assist employers who are actively seeking to recruit talent to Scotland.
• Tier 3 support will entail one-to-one advice for employers whose needs are not met through the first two tiers. The supplier will be responsible for organising, hosting and delivering advice sessions.

The estimated total value of this Lot excluding VAT is £3 million.

Lot 2 - Reception and immigration support for individual

• Tier 1 support will be up-to-date and accurate information about moving to Scotland in plain English.
• Tier 2 support will be one-to-one advice to people in the UK. The supplier will be responsible for organising, hosting and delivering the advice sessions.

The estimated total value of this Lot excluding VAT is £2 million.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 12 noon.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £5 million.
