Secure a School Refurbishment Contract with North Lanarkshire Council!

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking suitable providers to assist in the rewiring, fire stopping and redecoration works within St Helens Primary School in Cumbernauld. 

The works have been implemented as part of North Lanarkshire Council’s programme to upgrade electrical wiring and fire stopping where required in Primary Schools throughout the region. 

It is intended that the following works will be carried out during school holiday periods, in- service 
days, out with normal school hours and at weekends.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: 

• Pre-construction Activities
• Asbestos Removal 
• Downtakings
• Electrical Rewiring
• Non-electrical Works (Fire stopping, surface redecoration & ceiling works etc)

The total estimated value of this contract excluding VAT is £1.4 million. 

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where additional information can be accessed and interested parties can express their interest.
