Could you Carry out Construction and Waterproofing Works for Falkirk Council?

Falkirk Council is seeking suitably qualified suppliers to carry out the upgrading of waterproofing to the walkway located on Carron Road, Falkirk.

The successful supplier will be responsible for the removal and replacement of existing walkway finishes on Carron Road. There are approximately 14 domestic housing properties within this contract. The properties are contained within the boundaries of the Falkirk Council area.

The works covered by this contract include:

• Upgrading of walkway treatment
• Repairs to concrete walkway and stairs
• Replacement of gutters and downpipes
• Replacement of fascia
• Repairs to metal balustrading

The property will be occupied by the Employer (Falkirk Council) and/or their tenants while the works are carried out.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £100k.

The contract duration will be 8 weeks from date of acceptance. 

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Friday 21 August 2026 at 2pm.
