Could You Conduct Bridge Inspections for Forestry and Land Scotland?

Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is seeking suitably skilled suppliers for a Bridge Inspections framework, operating across Scotland.

This framework has been split into 6 lots. Bidders may submit a maximum of 3 tenders in total across all lots 1-6, and they can be awarded up to 3 lots. A single consultant will be appointed to each lot.

The lot structure is as follows:

Lot 1 – Principal Inspection All Scotland

Lot 2 – General Inspection North Scotland

Lot 3 – General Inspection East Scotland

Lot 4 – General Inspection West Scotland

Lot 5 – General Inspection Central Scotland

Lot 6 – General Inspection South Scotland

The contract covers a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 1 plus 1 plus 1 at 12 months per extension, at FLS discretion.

The total estimated value of this contract excluding VAT is £1,659,711.44

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland, although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Monday 24 August 2026 at 12 noon.
