Could You Provide Removal and Storage Services for South Ayrshire Council?

South Ayrshire Council is seeking suitably qualified service providers for the provision of removal and storage services for domestic and non-domestic properties.

The Council intends to Establish a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement, with this being split into two Lots:

Lot 1 – Domestic Accommodation Furniture Removal, Transfer and Storage (including dismantling and packing where required) – One provider

Lot 2 – Non-Domestic Accommodation Furniture Removal, Transfer and Storage (including dismantling and packing where required) – Up to three providers

Suppliers may submit a tender for one Lot or for both Lots, provided they can demonstrate the relevant experience, capacity, and required accreditations for the services applied for.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Thursday 11 May 2026.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to gather additional information and express their interest.
