Help Clackmannanshire Council Develop its Investment Strategy

Clackmannanshire Council wants to commission consultancy support to develop a Clackmannanshire Investment Strategy and Investment Prospectus.

Clackmannanshire is a region that offers many opportunities for sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Wanting to take advantage of its strategic location, community and sectoral strengths, the Council is looking for suitably qualified suppliers to contribute to the development of an Investment Strategy that positions Clackmannanshire as a leading destination for investment.

The successful supplier will:

• Produce a Clackmannanshire Investment Strategy
• Provide a Prospectus of Investment Opportunities showcasing key projects and propositions for potential investors
• Establish a clear strategic framework for delivering and monitoring investment

The services provided will include, but are not limited to:

• Socio-economic review and analysis of investment trends
• Mapping of current and planned infrastructure and development projects
• Assessment of Clackmannanshire’s competitive advantages
• Review of alignment between City Region Deal and Clackmannanshire Transformation Space investment in the region and proposed investment strategy’s
• Identification of best avenue to access funds

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where interested parties can access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Friday 18 September 2026 at 12 noon.
