Ready to Deliver Regeneration Works for Aberdeen City Council?

Aberdeen City Council is seeking suitable contractors for the demolition of 3 residential properties along with the realignment of granite boundary walls and associated remedial works to any affected areas (pavements and roads etc).

The Works more specifically comprise of the following:

Work Package 1:

• Demolition of existing residential properties at 1 & 2 Caroline Place, Aberdeen.
• Realignment of the boundary wall to 1,2 & 3 Caroline Place bordering on to Caroline Place.

Work Package 2:

• Demolition of existing extension at 6b Caroline Place, Aberdeen.
• Realignment of the boundary wall bordering on to Hutcheon Street, Aberdeen.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 1 May 2026 at 12pm.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where interested parties can gather additional information and express their interest.
