The anticipated service requirements include; 

• practical help with personal care tasks i.e. eating, dressing, using the toilet, personal hygiene 
• delivery of meals 
• help with shopping, collecting prescriptions and benefits of any payments of accounts 
• help with essential domestic hygiene 
• help with laundry 
• coping with medicines 
• provision of emergency care at home services
