Interested in Delivering Mental Wellbeing Support Services for Young People across East Renfrewshire Council?

East Renfrewshire Council launched their Healthier Minds Service in 2020, designed to support children in understanding and nurturing their mental wellbeing.

The Council on behalf of the Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking a suitable provider to deliver a whole family and individual support service promoting healthy relationships between school, home and community, with this being embedded into the existing Healthier Minds model.

The service will work with children and young people aged 8-18 years old who attend school in East Renfrewshire or who ordinarily reside in East Renfrewshire.

Examples of support required include but are not limited to:

• 1-1 support and interventions for children and young people.
• Support to parents and families to strengthen understanding of children and young people’s emotional and mental wellbeing needs.
• Support and consultation for school staff.
• Group support, where appropriate and agreed with the Recovery & Service Development Co-ordinator: Children & Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing (Healthier Minds).
• Preventative activities as part of wider school communities.

The total estimated value of this contract excluding VAT is £900k.

The time limit of receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 12pm.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.
