West Dunbartonshire Council to publish Multi-Lot Framework for Building Services

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking subcontractors and specialist contractors to deliver maintenance, routine serving and emergency repairs to West Dunbartonshire Council buildings.

This framework is divided into 10 lots which are detailed below:

• Lot 1 – Landscaping and Groundworks
• Lot 2 – Asbestos Removal
• Lot 3 – Flooring
• Lot 4 – Fencing and Metal Fabrications
• Lot 5 – Scaffolding
• Lot 6 – Electrical Specialist including Entry Systems
• Lot 7 – Laundry Equipment
• Lot 8 – UPVC Windows and Doors
• Lot 9 – Small Jobs (day-to-day)
• Lot 10 – Void Property and Refurbishment

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where additional information can be accessed and interested parties can express their interest.
