RJ McLeod Online Meet the Contractor Event Announced

RJ McLeod is seeking new suppliers for goods, works and services on-site at Queensland Gardens related to the Glasgow City Council Hillington and Cardonald Surface Water Management Plan.

Suppliers are invited to "Meet the Contractor" for potential suppliers at Queensland Gardens on Friday, 24 March 2023 from 9:00am to 11:00am.

A Meet the Contractor event aims to provide potential suppliers with an opportunity to meet with a contractor and find out about its upcoming supply chain and Community Wealth Building opportunities. At this Meet the Contractor event, suppliers will learn how to register their details to be considered for sub-contracting opportunities related to goods, works and services.

Gillian Cameron, SDP Programme Manager, said: "This event demonstrates that RJ McLeod's supply chain is open to local suppliers located in and around the Glasgow City Council area.

"As the public sector forges forward with Community Wealth Building, online events like this one which are promoted in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme through RJ McLeod's corporate membership can have a real impact on connecting local businesses with much-needed contract opportunities - which in turn can help keep public money local for longer."
