Our vision is to deliver high quality, value for money facilities that support the provision of integrated community and primary care services which meet locality needs and, wherever possible, exceed expectation”

We do this through a number of services to our Participant partners:

Strategic Development

We work closely with our public sector partners to support the development of their long-term strategic vision for community infrastructure. Our unique development fund offers access to funding for vital early work required to transform projects from initial concept to deliverable projects.

Project Management

Our experienced team oversees every aspect of project delivery and procurement, from initial conceptual stages of the project, through to handover completion. We deliver or projects on time and budget and to the highest standards.

Design and Construction

We set a high benchmark for designers and contractors who join our supply chain with a focus on creating fit for purpose, sustainable solutions that will serve communities for generations to come.

Sustainability

We have a strong understanding of public sector targets to achieve net zero in new buildings and retrofitting older buildings where appropriate. Our teams work to the Passivhaus and EnerPHit standards which are effective in reducing carbon footprint and reducing running and maintenance costs.

Supporting communities

Beyond the bricks and mortar of our buildings we deliver significant social value to the communities we serve. With more than 50% of contracts awarded to territory-based SME’s we create local employment and skills development opportunities as a priority on every project. Our teams work with local groups and charities to enhance and support local facilities and initiatives.
